CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY and if you CANCEL LESS THAN 24 HOURS in advance, you will be CHARGED 100% of the service fee.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

This includes COVID-19 related reasons, sick children, car trouble, injury, etc. Your appts are very important to Us  and your appointments are reserved specifically for you.

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24HR CANCELLATION POLICY!

 

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appt without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appt time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appts are confirmed 72 hours prior to your appt and again 24 hours prior to your appt because we know how easy it is to forget an appt you booked in advance.

Since the appt is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appts made within the 12 hr period and need to cancel, will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

All services will be held with a credit card. The cancellation policy allows us to the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping the schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Beauty Luxe policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Spa Guest

To enjoy your experience to the fullest, please observe the Code of Conduct and act responsibly to help ensure your satisfaction, comfort, and safety, as well as that of others.

 

As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.

  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.

  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.

  • Adhere to the spa's published policies and procedures.

 

As a spa guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.

  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.

  • Be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect.

  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.

  • Ask questions about your spa experience.

  • Request information regarding training, licensing and certification.

 

Customer Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment.

 

Gratuity:

Although not necessary, gratuity is acceptable. Here at Beauty Luxe, we appreciate our amazing clients and We thank you!

 

Tardiness:

Tardiness has a negative impact on the spa, staff, and other client experiences. If you arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule.

 

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our atmosphere.

 

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature of the products we sell (cosmetics/skincare), we do not accept returns.

Due to the hard work, High- quality treatments, technician's time, we do not offer refunds whatsoever.

 

Prices:

Prices are subject to change at any time.

 

Children:

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services.

Children must be 14 or older to receive spa services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16.

 

Food & Beverages:

Please be advised that no outside food or alcoholic beverages may be brought to the Spa.

We have complimentary snacks, water, coffee, champagne and smoothies. 

 

Payments/Deposits:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CashApp, ApplePay, Paypal Venmo, or Cash.

A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Financing - We offer finance

No Show:

No Show appointment's will be charged 100% without notice within 24 hours.

Payments will not be refunded.

 

Cancellations:

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for all services.

Deposit will be forfeited for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hour notice.

 

Privacy Policy:

We respect the privacy of our guests. It is our policy that we will not sell, rent, or loan any client information to third parties for email, direct marketing or other purposes. Collected client information is used for the establishing client profile and service records only.
