Excess skin is very common.
People of all ages, races, shapes, and sizes have loose skin. Despite its prevalence, having sagging skin can cause embarrassment and discomfort. In the past, the only way to deal with this condition was through invasive surgical procedures.
Enter Fibroblast treatment.
WHAT IS FIBROBLAST?
Plasma Skin Tightening is a revolutionary, non-invasive alternative treatment to traditional surgery. The treatment helps eliminate excessive tissue that causes sagging skin, unwanted wrinkles, lifts, stretch marks and even diminish acne and/or scarring. Plasma fibroblast therapy targets fibroblasts. These are collagen– and protein-producing cells in the dermis, the layer of skin just below your outermost skin layer. Fibroblasts play an important role in helping skin wounds heal as well as maintaining skin firmness and tightness.
WHY CHOOSE fibroblast?
Plasma fibroblast therapy tighten the skin without the need for invasive cosmetic procedures.
WHAT IS THE TREATMENT PROCESS/length?
Your esthetician uses an electric handheld device called a plasma Fibroblast pen for the procedure. This pen uses a metal probe to ionize atmospheric gas between its tip and the gasses that the skin naturally emits. This forms a plasma charge.
An electrical arc is then created, shrinking the targeted skin. Your tissues will retract and tighten, providing you with a more youthful-looking appearance. Skin elasticity and tightening will continue to improve as time goes on post-treatment, and your skin continues to heal and repair.
Fibroblast treatment length will depend upon the size of the area that’s being treated. You can expect the procedure to take anywhere between half an hour and two hours.
A topical numbing cream will be applied before your treatment and given thirty minutes to take full effect. You’ll also be given a colloidal spray after your procedure to help in the healing process.

What's better fibroblast or Botox?
Fibroblast results are also lasting much longer in comparison to Botox. You can expect to see results of Fibroblast for 5 years at least. So if we compare the average price for Botox for one's forehead area - you get to spend anything from $2400 to $6000 in 3 years on regular Botox procedures.

-CAN I WEAR MAKE-UP?
Ideally, you want to avoid excessive sweating for 5-7 days during the healing process. We recommend you do not wear makeup in the area treated during the 5-7 day healing process because the application and/or removal of makeup could prematurely disrupt the scabs before they are ready to flake off.
-WHEN WILL I SEE THE FINAL RESULTS?
Most people notice a difference in their skin after a few weeks, but the final results may take up to 2 – 3 months after your last session

-IS THERE ANY RECOVERY TIME?
You should allow a minimum of 10 days between the treatment and any important events where you may be self-conscious or expecting to be photographed such as a public speaking event or a wedding. It is extremely important to protect the treated area from UV rays for up to 3 months following the Fibroblast Plasma Treatment.

-IS THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
Immediately after the Fibroblast procedure, you may notice that your skin is red and slightly swollen. This is normal and should subside in around three days. Though you may see a slight redness lingering for up to 30 days.
