At Beauty Luxe, we greatly appreciate your loyalty and we strive to offer excellent services and customer support. Our policy and procedures help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently for all of our clients We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. If you arrive early, unless we have an open treatment room, we may ask you to wait outside of the office until we call you. We realize this may be inconvenient however we are adopting these measures with safety in mind and to make sure to provide ample social distancing.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least twenty-four hours before your appointment to avoid being charged for the service in full.

No Show

Will be $50 no show. Credit card file will be in file charged 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Patients arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. We have the right to reschedule your appointment to give you quality treatment and to respect other patients’ scheduled appointments

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS SYMPTOMS? REMAIN HOME

 Guests must notify Beauty Luxe and stay home if they develop symptoms or have been exposed to someone who does. If you or someone you know has exhibited flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches, chills, or the recent loss of taste or smell, please notify Beauty Luxe immediately and do not come into the office.

Gratuities are accepted & appreciated via CASH Credit Card or VENMO
